The Good: Low input lag, great contrast range, affordable 60" setup.
The Bad: Noticeable motion blur, bad viewing angles, bad upscaling below 1080p.
The Verdict: At this price, you will hardly find a TV of this size with good performance. It's not the most flexible 4k TV on the market, but it is good enough to offer a great experience.
VIZIO P602ui-B3 is an affordable 4k solution that brings a balanced performance, and compensates most of its flaws with its 60" panel. It's one of VIZIO's better TVs, which definitely has a lot to offer to budget users. If display size is one of your primary requirements, then this VIZIO might be what you're looking for.
For an affordable model, VIZIO P602ui-B3 definitely looks like a high end product. It doesn't feel cheap, and features relatively thin bezels. Only exterior design flaw that is noticeable is the stand. It's rather small compared to the size of the TV, and isn't too stable. However it works just fine. Input ports are not as versatile as its the case with most of the competition. You get 5 HDMI ports divided between the rear and side panel, but only one USB port. Along them you get 1 Ethernet, 1 RCA Audio Out, 1 Digital Optical Audio Out, RF In, Composite In and Component In port. Speakers that come with VIZIO P602ui-B3 are decently loud, but you can feel that treble is dominant over the bass.
Colors are average from the box, but a good calibration can really make a difference. VIZIO P602ui-B3 upscales well on 1080p, although it isn't as sharp as we would like it to be. Anything lower than 1080p starts to suffer. Motion blur is noticeable, but not too bad. If you're watching sports, it won't take away from the experience. Gaming is a different story though. You can expect to see trailing much more in this scenario. Viewing angles are very strict, and you don't have to move much off axis before you start experiencing drop in picture quality. Its semi reflective surface definitely doesn't help either. Software that comes with VIZIO P602ui-B3 features a basic set of apps, and can be tricky to navigate.
If you are looking for an affordable 4k TV with an accent on display size, VIZIO P602ui-B3 is definitely a viable option. All of this comes at a price though, as you will have to deal with several compromises. If you don't mind that, this could be the right solution for you.
