Overview

Travelpro Maxlite3 carry-on belongs to a large family of Maxlite3 luggage that is known for its functionality and good quality. Its design is has been proven to be practical many times by now, and it brings most of the features found in its bigger brother. It's light, versatile, and easy to handle in a busy airport. Travelpro Maxlite3 carry-on will fit in overhead compartments with ease. 

Exterior Design

Travelpro Maxlite3 carry-on is a miniature version of the Maxlite3 suitcase, and sports most of the same features. It's made of 100% polyester placed over a honeycomb frame that is reinforced with skid guards in all the right places, which has proven to be durable enough for frequent use even in most unforgiving airports. There are only two exterior pockets, both located on the main lid of the carry-on, and are accessed using zippers. There's a telescopic handle located on top of the case, a regular handle right in front of it, and another handle on the right side. Travelpro Maxlite3 carry-on has only two wheels, which are aided by two plastic stands. 

Interior Design

Main lid opens to the side and features one large interior mesh pocket. The main storage compartment also features one mesh pocket, and uses elastic straps to secure your belongings. The lining is made of polyester, and is the same one found in the Maxlite3 suitcase. Travelpro Maxlite3 carry-on offers a very simplistic interior design that isn't too practical in a carry-on application. A more versatile layout would have been appreciated. With that said, it is aimed at users who don't interact with their carry-on too much during their travels.

Conclusion

Travelpro Maxlite3 carry-on is a quality made piece of luggage that replicates the features of its bigger brother, the Travelpro Maxlite3 suitcase. While we still think that interior could use a better layout, we have to admit that Travelpro Maxlite3 carry-on is a well built and practical luggage. If you are a frequent flier, Travelpro Maxlite3 carry-on is probably your best option.
